Social media is an outstanding tool for people to use when they are seeking to advance their career. There are great sites where individuals can go to get themselves out there and let companies know they are in the market for advancement in their field. It is an excellent place to show off ones skills, experience, and education. It is a place where job seekers can easily communicate by having a forum where they can sell and highlight themselves to potential employers. Healthy Snack


This is the perfect snack...fruit and almonds. You get your fruit and protein!

Great Healthy Soup for Lunch or Dinner

 Healthy Hearty Chicken Tofu Soup
2 pkgs Fettuccine shaped Tofu
1 qrt low sodium chicken broth
1 c carrots, peeled and chopped
1 c celery, diced
1/2 c peas, frozen or canned
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c onion, chopped
1 1/2 c chicken, cooked and cut into 1/2in. cubes
salt and pepper to taste
NUTRITION PER SERVING  Makes 4 Servings
Calories 180
Fat 3g
Protein 24g
DIRECTIONS
Prepare noodles according to package directions. Cut into manageable size. Set aside.
In a large pot, bring chicken broth to boil. Add carrots, celery, onion, peas and garlic. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are cooked al the way through.

Add chicken and Tofu noodles and cook an additional 5 minutes; season with salt and pepper and stir. Serve hot.

A good healthy breakfast choice should consist of:

Fruit (Apple, Banana, Orange, Peach, etc.)

Whole Grains (English Muffin, Oats, Bran Cereal, etc.)

Protein (Nuts or Peanut butter)

Eggs/Dairy (Eggs, Light or Non-fat Yogurt)

Vegetable if possible (like in an omelette)
